Get started quickly with our self-service signup, onboarding guide and simplified migration process to ensure your customer data is not left behind. Our team is ready to partner with you every step of the way.

New to sticky.io? Get started with these 5 steps:

  1. Sign up to activate your account and instantly receive your agreement (click here to see how to access your agreement once you've logged in to your account)
  2. Schedule a technical walkthrough with our onboarding specialist. Trainings are held daily at 12 p.m. ET.
  3. Configure campaigns, products and offers, and connect your third-party providers
  4. Submit a data migration request to sticky.io to validate account readiness
  5. Request your transaction and billing data from your current CRM (sticky.io will facilitate your data migration with them following this request)
