Brian is the Braveheart-style leader who rallies the team to make a dent in the world. As the lead team-builder, mentor and deal-maker, Brian is responsible for leading year-over-year growth.
Among his many accomplishments, Brian was a first-time CEO at just 30 years old, and he ultimately helped sell the company for 320x its initial investment of $500K. When he was CEO of SALT Technology, Inc., Brian led the acquisition of LimeLight CRM, which rebranded as sticky.io in March 2020.

As someone with boundless enthusiasm for making sense of the chaos that comes with growing a massive business, Brett has all the makings to be an incredible CTO.
Brett has the ability to support his sharp instincts with data, recognizing that as situations change, data changes and must be adjusted. And it was his knack for fine-tuning big problems involved in even larger systems that brought him to sticky.io.
Brett is an engineer and product guy who loves solving problems, but it’s ultimately the connection to people and making a positive change in their lives that gets him excited.
Bernie is chief revenue officer and senior vice president of sales at sticky.io. Among her many goals, she helps brands get to the market faster and build lasting bonds with customers. She takes great pride in mentoring and inspiring talent.
Before joining sticky.io, Bernie held numerous executive-level positions at Triad Retail Media, where she served as executive vice president of the Center for Sales Excellence; head of sales for Walmart Media Group; and senior vice president of sales for eBay Marketplace.
Bernie is a passionate supporter of the American Cancer Society and loves spending time with her family or enjoying the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

Janicke is the quarterback when it comes to all things sticky.io. She manages our executive team’s priorities and ensures they’re prepared for anything that comes their way while overseeing relations with our investors and board of directors. She’s also responsible for leading the administrative and human resources staff and strives to create a culture that keeps the sticky.io family of talent happy, motivated and engaged. Janicke solves problems before they become problems, improves internal processes and operations and creates cohesion among all levels of management.
Prior to joining sticky.io, Janicke was the chief of staff to the CEO of Harland Clark Holdings (now Vericast) that encompassed 5 businesses, 12,000 team members, $4 billion in revenue. When she’s not helping drive sticky.io’s growth, you’ll find Janicke volunteering her time to give back to the community or getting lost in a good book.
Cris is vice president of business development at sticky.io. He works diligently to source and manage partners, ensuring that merchants have access to the technologies and services they need to grow a successful subscription business.
Over the past 15 years, Cris has worked for 2 ecommerce platforms as well as in the performance marketing space, which has given him great insights into which companies are best suited to meet the needs of each merchant.
Cris finds immense value in the relationships he has created over his career and helping mentor teammates who have gone on to succeed in senior roles themselves.
Mike’s passion for developing disruptive products and technologies with the best and brightest people led him straight to sticky.io. With 15+ years of experience in both product and ecommerce specializing in B2B and B2C solutions, Mike is responsible for all our technical operations, including our cloud-hosted infrastructure, security and compliance.
He tackles unique challenges with creative solutions working with multi-disciplined teams within sticky.io allowing our merchants to reliably and intelligently collect recurring revenue.
Mike thrives in startup environments like sticky.io and says the best part of his job is rewarding innovation and initiative that allow his team to deliver groundbreaking solutions in record time — without having to cut through red tape.
As vice president of marketing at sticky.io, Thomas Marks is a revenue strategist and marketing guru who helps share sticky.io’s message and vision with brands and merchants. Overseeing all facets of marketing, from product and brand marketing to communications and demand generation, Thomas ensures sticky.io is well-positioned to help merchants grow a successful subscription business.
With more than 15 years of experience in ecommerce spanning the travel and SaaS industries, Thomas leads the charge in setting big goals, motivating the team and making it happen at sticky.io by navigating an ever-evolving digital landscape.
As the vice president of engineering, Richard is the product development and tech expert who helps keep sticky.io at the forefront of innovation. He’s helping us advance applications and solutions that drive real results for our merchants while keeping a keen focus on improving the performance of our engineering team.
Richard believes that building solid integration foundations is crucial and prioritizes his time ensuring sticky.io’s 400+ partner integrations are operating smoothly and efficiently.
