As a seasoned executive with over 25 years in the financial technology industry, Pexton has extensive experience in leading both private equity-backed and public companies. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer and later as president of NMI, a leading global payment enablement platform. In 2018, he led NMI through the successful acquisition and integration of Creditcall, a UK-based payments company, as well as the acquisition of USAePay in 2021. In October of 2021, Pexton was an integral player in the sale of NMI to Insight Capital Partners.
